- Spectur plans to appoint two new NEDs, effective 1st December 2024.  

- Both new Directors and the Chair will take their fee payment in Spetur shares until 30 September 2024.

- Spectur  has issues 3.75m new shares at 2.0c (Placement) to new NED Marco da Silva.

- Proceeds of placement ($75k) and a portion of currently held funds ($75k) will be used to reduce the total loan balance owed to EGP Capital from $650k to $500k.
