AGM and Director Nominations.pdf

The next Spectur AGM will be held on 23rd November.  Amongst other matters, the Board is also seeking to recruit an additional Non-Executive Director (per the attached) to help us on the next stage of our growth journey.  Key attributes we are looking for include:

Relevant sector experience (government / utilities / resellers / construction / etc)

Proven history in growing and scaling technology / hardware businesses

Experience in capital markets / commercial acumen

We are also looking for "skin in the game".  Either an investment of substance or a willingness to be paid in shares.
